Avoid consuming fatty, salty, and sugary foods as these will bring imbalance in your body disrupting the mind, body, and spiritual connection.
Exercise Regularly. When you exercise, you release important hormones in your body thus triggering a positive effect in your body. Not only does it make you one with nature, it’s a way to connect and appreciate the things God created. It also helps you attain your ideal weight, tone your body, and achieve a positive body outlook.
Adequate Sleep and Rest. When God created the universe, he also took a rest after. Dear friend, rest and sleep are essential as they serve as the renewal clock in our body– resets the time in our body thus, helps your body recuperate and heal from daily stress.
Give and Receive. It’s a cliche that you always hear, but dear one, the more you give, the more the heavens plan out a blessing or miracle for you. It is also a way to give back to others and be a blessing to others.
